Event Lead Opportunities: Join Our Team

We are seeking enthusiastic and organized Event Leads to join our team. As an Event Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various events, including supervising servers and bartenders, coordinating rentals, and ensuring the successful execution of events. If you have bar skills, experience in event coordination, and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to breakdown
• Supervise servers, bartenders, and other event staff
• Coordinate rentals, including equipment, tables, and chairs
• Assist with bar setup and service as needed
• Ensure events are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Drive company vans to transport event materials and staff
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet their event expectations
• Resolve any issues that arise during events in a professional manner

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination or a related field
• Bar skills and knowledge of beverage service
• A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and willingness to drive company vans

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• References that can verify your work experience and skills

Additional Information

• This is a gig-based position, with flexible hours depending on event schedules
• Compensation will ~$28.65/hr ($23.50/hr base pay + ~$5.15/hr historical tips)
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old
