• AVA Transportation & Concierge is seeking professional and reliable dispatchers/coordinators for a major multi-day event in Chicago.
• Dispatchers will assist guests with transportation flow at hotels, venues, and loading zones by:
• Directing attendees to the correct vehicles
• Communicating arrival/departure timing
• Assisting with guest boarding flow
• Coordinating with drivers and lead dispatch
