THE ROLE We are looking for a part time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will prepare and reconcile financial transactions, process and verify high-volume accounts payable invoices, and execute accurate and timely payments while maintaining organized tracking and reporting systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepare and post general ledger journal entries; perform credit card and bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, including detailed data entry and verification for accuracy and proper coding. Execute timely and accurate payment processing, including checks, ACH, and electronic payments, while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation purposes. Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Other duties as assigned by management.
