- Our nonprofit organization will host a 5K Run & Walk for Kids’ Growth event on SATURDAY, April 16, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Miami, FL.
- We need an event assistant who can assist the event producer.
The experienced EVENT ASSISTANT will
- Assist the event producer in the event setup
- Ensure production timeline is on schedule
- Assist event producer with other light tasks as needed
You must have at least three years of experience as an event assistant or higher. You must also be poised and personable and able to think quickly on your feet.
