Event Staff Needed – $20/Hr (Foster City 5K

• We are hiring event staff for a community 5K in Foster City on Friday, May 2.

We are looking for approximately 15 team members to assist with setup, event support, and cleanup. Shifts are staggered, and we are open to longer availability.

Shift Options (Event Day – May 2)

• 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Setup crew – lifting required)
• 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Event support)
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Cleanup crew – lifting required)

Additional Shift (Day Before – May 1)

• 2 people needed to help load equipment into a moving truck
• Must be comfortable lifting and working efficiently

Pay

• $20 per hour
• Paid in cash at the end of your shift

Requirements

• Must be reliable and on time (early morning start times)
• Able to work outdoors
• Setup and cleanup roles must lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to move quickly and follow directions

Important

• This is a 1099 independent contractor role
• You will complete a W9 form on-site
• This is a fast-paced event environment
