Event Staff Needed for Commencement Ceremonies - May 20 - Per Hour West Side

• A+ Staffing is seeking friendly and energetic event staff to support the Commencement Ceremonies at a major university in New York on Wednesday, May 20.

Staff will be assigned to a variety of roles, including greeting, wayfinding, line management, ticket scanning, ticket trouble shooting, and more. Staff will be responsible for providing clear, consistent guidance to guests and students to ensure efficient movement throughout the event. Staff will work outdoors and on their feet for the majority of the shift. Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk about the footprint throughout the event.

• Location: Morningside Heights
• Schedule: Wednesday, May 20, 2026 - 5:30am-5:30pm and a smaller number of roles from 12:30pm-5:30pm (Virtual Training on Monday, May 18th from 1pm-2:15pm)
• Attire: Black pants, black polo style or button-down shirt, comfortable closed toed black shoes.
