• HighLife Productions is expanding our event team in New York City and actively hiring high-level bartenders and servers for upcoming experiential, brand, and private events.
• We produce elevated, design-forward experiences for top-tier clients—our team reflects that standard.

Compensation

• $35–$45/hour + tips
• 4-hour minimum per shift
• Consistent opportunities across events
• What We’re Looking For-
• We’re prioritizing candidates who can operate at a high level in both hospitality and presentation.
• Strong bartending and/or serving experience (3+ years preferred)
• Professional, polished presence (clean, fashion-forward aesthetic)
• Reliable and punctual—non-negotiable
• Team-oriented with a “no task too small” mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-profile event environments
• Brand / experiential / promotional experience is a strong plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bonus Consideration-
• Candidates with access to a vehicle
• Experience working luxury, media, or brand activations
