Summer Outdoor Movie Event Crew

• Movies at Marymoor / West Coast Entertainment
• We are hiring seasonal event staff to help produce the popular outdoor Movies at Marymoor summer movie series.
• These events are produced by West Coast Entertainment, a live event and entertainment company that produces outdoor movies, concerts, and community events throughout the region.

Job Duties Include

• Setting up fencing, tents, signs, flags, and seating areas
• Assisting with event entrance operations
• Directing guests, vendors, and food trucks
• Monitoring event perimeters and crowd flow
• Trash patrol and keeping event grounds clean
• Event breakdown and equipment pack-up after movies
• General event support throughout the evening

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods

Able to lift and move equipment

• Friendly and professional with guests
• Team players who can follow directions and stay busy

Schedule

• $23per hour (starting pay)
