THE ROLE The Parking Garage Maintenance Technician plays a key role in keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully operational. This position is responsible for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and daily upkeep of the garage’s physical structure, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
