Production Assistants Stagehands and On-Call Crew

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setups, strikes, and load-ins/outs for stages, truss, lighting, drape, and other equipment.
• Provide on-site support to production managers, stage leads, and clients.
• Handle and transport gear, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Occasionally assist with warehouse preparation, deliveries, or pickups.

Requirements

• Punctual, professional, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule — available for early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts.

Prior experience in any of the following is a plus

• event production, staging, audio visual, film/TV sets, or live event logistics.
