THE ROLE We are looking for a Venue Technology Assistant to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Venue Tech Assistant, you will provide timely and professional IT support for food and beverage and retail systems for Highmark Stadium. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Install, maintain, and troubleshoot point of sale systems, including terminals, receipt printers, scanners, and payment devices Replace defective hardware as needed Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events Provide basic network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues for wired and wireless devices Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training Complete other duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
