• Assist in final event planning and execution
• Coordinate music, fashion, and art segments
• Manage logistics, timelines, and vendor communication
• Support talent coordination (artists, models, performers)
• Help oversee setup, flow, and day-of operations
• Bring creative ideas that enhance audience experience
• Problem-solve quickly and efficiently on-site

• Strong background in event planning, production, or festivals
• Experience working with artists, musicians, or fashion shows
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
